ty

ty is a Python type checker and language server written in Rust by Astral, the team behind uv and Ruff. Astral’s own documentation claims it is 10x-100x faster than mypy and Pyright, with incremental analysis designed for quick updates while you edit. It is still in beta, so expect rough edges.
